Questions about our Product Return Policy

1. I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us at info@seashelllovergifts.com with a description of the damage along with your Order Number so we can arrange for a replacement.

2. I received the wrong product. How do I get this corrected?
Please email us at info@seashelllovergifts.com with a description of the product error along with your Order Number so we can arrange for a replacement.

3. How do I arrange for a product return?
Returns must be requested within 15 days of your receipt of our shipment.  We will issue a Return Authorization for approval of your return for a credit, refund or exchange.  Please email us at info@seashelllovergifts.com with your request.  Once we issue the Return Authorization to you, returns must be received by us within two weeks.  Once approved, ship the product(s) by UPS, Fedex, insured mail, or some other trackable means.  Please include our invoice or packing slip with the return.  PLEASE PACK THE RETURN AS CAREFULLY AS WE PACKED OUR SHIPMENT.  Returned goods must be in the same condition as we shipped for issuance of full credit, refund or exchange.

4. How long does it take to receive credit for product I return?
Generally it takes 2–4 weeks after our receipt of the returned product before you see a credit on your credit card or receive a refund check. Refunds are provided by the same means as the payment on your original purchase.
